Hey Mom!

We did so much stuff last P-day! I sent them all pretty late. We went into the city since it was Elder Bloomfield's last p-day we did a lot of stuff. It was so great but sad also. But this past week was sad but super awesome. (Upon asking about the Valentine Day box again) Um just whatever you feel would be good! Nothing can ever come to mind.

Yeah! I love it here. I figured I'd get transferred. It was sad but now we are like up in the mountains which I love. So we are a district of six. Elder Kelly is awesome! So he is actually 24. Has a long background and he is actually a professional singer. He would travel on cruise ships doing it and lots of stuff. He is from Seattle and has a bunch of brothers. We have a senior couple the Wilsons! It's just like having Grandparents in the mission. So on P-days we come to their place and she makes us pancakes and we have Sunday dinners here as well. Nicest people from Utah. They don't get transferred. They stay here the whole mission. So we have a great district but we are the only Spanish ones. There is a tonnnnn of Hispanics here. They are all Dominican literally. We are a branch here. We have the English and a Spanish group that grew from about 5 from six months ago to now about 40 strong. We are teaching A TON. We have a car and do walk sometimes. There is also about a foot of snow on the ground and it is much colder here cause we are higher up. I think I might look for boots maybe. So we will see.  But yeah so Hazelton is great. I'm in the same Zone as Jake! He is also a district leader now and we have a picture. I'll be seeing him again this Thursday at Zone Training. It was so awesome to get to catch up and everything. So we are excited. But it still was sad to leave Philly. Roy actually wanted one of my name tags to keep so I gave him that and I'll be in contact with them. I'm just waiting on information for the whole facebook stuff to set it up. The funniest thing is now Elder Milligan is companions with Elder Seeley! They freaked out haha.

Being district leader is going good. I have to plan district meeting every Thursday and I feel like my first one went alright so that's good. Just have a little more responsibility.

Yeah we sing our mission song there and it's awesome. President and Sister Anderson are truly the best.

I can't believe by the time I'm back that it will be time for Colton to head on his mission. I know he misses Ryan. I bet Ryan is doing great out there in Germany. I can't wait to share all of our stories. Poor Jessey! (I told him about Jessey in the water above his knees in his good pants)  Haha his mission is crazy out there. Goodness.

Today was also my 7 month mark like gosh it flies. It is honestly a short time.

I enjoy those. Such good quotes. (I send him quotes from our church leaders each week or scriptures.) It is so tough with everything in the world honestly and I can just see that here and see how hard it is for people. The temptation of so many different things. But we have to learn to overcome it. We have to do things and not give ourselves excuses because we can give a million of them of why we can't do this or stop this. Or we can just set our mind to it and do it.

I'm just trying to do the best I can and I feel now it is a little bit easier because I can communicate much better with my Spanish now and understand so I just feel I need to open my mouth more. Like we were walking last night for example and we passed this couple and something told me turn back and right as I did the guy also turned around so I got their attention. We talked and he knew who we were and just said he does not have too much time and stuff but we shared a little tiny message and gave him a card. As long as we give them the chance to accept it. I'm just excited to continue on. Well I love you mom and I will talk to ya soon! If you have any questions about something here just ask me!

Love,
Elder McArthur
